Membership
PIER membership is open to anyone who has undertaken a pharmacy degree (in Ireland or other countries) and is eligible to be listed on the Register of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland. To join, please complete the online registration form where working members will be directed to pay the annual registration fee of €100 online. PIER is entirely self funding and relies on the annual membership fee to fund our activities.
Membership Fees
Full Membership: €100 (runs full year from date of application or renewal).
Student Membership is free for undergrads, MPharm interns and pharmacists undertaking further study (e.g. MSc, PhD).
Membership Renewal
When your PIER membership expires you will receive a notification email with a link to how to renew your membership. If you can’t find that email simply follow the steps below
Log on to PIER using you username and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the ‘lost password’ option to reset your password. Use the members menu to process your membership renewal. If you have any issues, please email membership@pier.ie.
Mailing List
We would like to reach out to pharmacists who are interested in becoming involved PIER. A contacts list is maintained which contains details of those pharmacists who have contacted PIER and requested to be included in any communications.
